Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Duration

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Local / Within City: 1–2 business days

  • Within State / Regional: 2–4 business days

  • National / Other States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors (weather, traffic, strikes).


 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above 499.

  • For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a standard delivery charge applies, displayed at checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply for bulky, fragile, or special items.


Delivery Partners

We deliver through trusted courier partners to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once the order is dispatched.


Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
You can track your order by:

  • Visiting the courier partner’s tracking page

  • Checking the “My Orders” section on VanamCart

  • Following the link provided in your email/SMS


Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make two delivery attempts.

  • If the customer is unavailable, the package may be returned to us.

  • For returned packages, re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.


Shipping Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to all locations due to:

  • Courier limitations

  • Local/state regulations

  • Hazardous or restricted items

If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.


Incorrect Address or Contact Information

VanamCart is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Customer unavailability

Customers may be charged for re-delivery.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or with items missing, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos or video evidence.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


International Shipping

Currently, VanamCart does not offer international shipping.
